This creamy, spiced, low-carb smoothie is a great way to start your day and get into fat-burning mode.  The ginger is also great for digestion.

1 serving   Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of Brain 8 MCT oil
  • optional: 1 handful baby spinach or greens of choice

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
